The building consist of 4 levels that is shaped in an oval flank containing an auditorium for 300 people with executive offices as well as five “fingers” shaped wings with additional office space, which is linked by an internal street and a separate data processing centre.

Implemented & completed construction works & exceeded SDBIP targets of Mogale City LM.
P89-1 Road Over Road and over Rail	Gauteng Department of Health & Department of Infrastructure Development	ZAR 147 million	The Khutsong bridge forms part of the Khutsong Resettlement Programme, which aims to relocate 18 000 families. The New township is severed through the middle by a railway and a provincial road. Some of the social amenities are on the opposite sides of this division, causing dangerous foot crossings and impossible vehicle crossing. The Bridge spanning both rail and road was constructed to eliminate the 8 km round trip for vehicles and the dangerous foot crossings for pedestrians. The Provincial road was also upgraded to a dual carriageway to improve access and mobility in the area.

Grootvlei Power Station (Eskom)	ESKOM	ZAR 7.2 billion	Grootvlei Power Station comprises of six coal fired units and has an installed capacity of 1200 MW. The station was mothballed in 1990 due to excess power at the time, and following a R7.2 billion upgrade it was returned to service (RTS). RTS entailed the disassembling of plant, inspection and determination of the scope of work, refurbishment or replacement of plant, and commissioning of the plant. Obsolete plant was replaced with state-of-the-art equipment for emissions control and process automation.
Mzimvubu Cascaded Hydro Electrical Power Plants	Department of Water and Sanitation	ZAR 2.8 billion	The 56 MW Mzimvubu Hydro Power Scheme consists of three separate Hydro-electric Power Plants (HEPPs): 1). The warehouse required an automated fire detection and suppression systems which was achieved by addressable detectors monitoring each zone independently and by installing a water suppression system incorporating roof mounted sprinklers and automated diesel fire pumps and Bulk Storage Tank.

New Lost City Hotel, Casino and Entertainment Venue	Sun International	Undisclosed	Situated in the North West Province the Sun City Hotel was designed with entertainment and luxury in mind. Influenced by Africa`s Wildlife. Plenty of custom external and internal details had to be designed in order to achieve the final result. The hotel consists of 336 rooms which includes 3 Presidential Suites. Construction, which began in August 1990, took only 28 months to complete, a remarkably short period of time for a project of this breadth and complexity. At the height of construction, 5 000 people worked on the project.
New 5 Star Hotel and Conference Venue	Sheraton Hotel Group	ZAR 105 million	With a location opposite the historical Union Buildings by Sir Herbert Baker, the Sheraton Hotel had a duty to compliment and celebrate the wonder of history. Designed on a very limited site the layout had to be carefully designed. Located in the Pretoria business district and surrounded by embassies the need for conference facilities, restaurant and bar, workstations and entertainment was at the highest priority.

Accommodation includes amongst others a Night Club, Beauty Salon, Butler Residence, 4 lounges, fountains, cascading pool and 7 En-Suite Bedrooms.
35 000 m^2 CMT Spinning Mill Factory	Compagnie Mauricienne de Textile	USD 1 billion	CMT was growing rapidly and needed a building to facilitate a Fabric Mill, Sewing Factory and Admin Building in Mauritius. The building was designed for the latest high-tech equipment from Sweden.
