The Can Warehouse includes 2000m2 of storage space while the Cold storage warehouse includes 680m2
Can Warehouse:
The Can Warehouse was designed and constructed to provide an additional 2000m2 of storage space for the brewery’s empty can storage. The foundation structure was designed to withstand the sub-surface dolomitic conditions. The 28m span top steel structure was optimized and designed to connect to the existing bottling hall for ease of operational logistics.
Cold Storage:
The Cold Storage Warehouse was designed and constructed to provide cold storage capacity for the client’s products that need to be kept at temperatures below 10 deg Celcius. The foundation structure was designed to withstand the sub-surface dolomitic conditions. The complete warehouse is lined with 100mm isolation panels and cooled by means of chiller units. Due to the combination of height and span, castellated steel members were utilized to optimize the weight of the structural steel.
